What are chocobons?

Chocobons are our unique vegan treats, crafted from carefully selected ingredients for an irresistible taste experience. Imagine: the perfect blend of crunchy cookies and creamy filling, all coated in a layer of delicious vegan chocolate. These delightful snacks are perfect for any sweet tooth, offering a surprising and refreshing twist on traditional goodies.

Are Chocobons vegan?

Yes. However, please note that some of the products that we use are produced in a facility that also processes dairy products. As such, there is a possibility of cross-contamination with milk. We recommend checking the packaging for detailed allergen information. You can also find this on our product page.

Are Chocobons the same as bonbons?

No, Chocobons are different from traditional bonbons. They feature a unique combination of ingredients and textures, designed to provide a distinct and enjoyable treat experience.

How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse our selection of chocobons on our webshop. Once you've found the chocobons you'd like to purchase, select the desired quantity, size and flavour click "Add to Cart." Follow the prompts to provide your shipping information and complete the payment process.

Can I customize my order?

Yes, we offer customization options for certain chocobons. Look for the "Customize" button on the product page and film in the form where you can select your flavors, adding personalized messages, or choosing specific toppings/colours. Please note that the price for customization will be determined afterwards and may vary depending on the type of design.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also offer the option to pay through popular digital payment platforms such as iDeal,Apple Pay & PayPal.

How should I store the chocobons?

To maintain the freshness and quality of our chocobons, we recommend storing them in an airtight container or ziplock bag or our own pouch bag below 7 degrees temperature, preferably freezer. Avoid exposing them to direct sunlight or extreme temperatures, as this may affect their taste, texture and expire date. If you are having a party, it is ideal to store the chocolates in a refrigerated display case, we also rent these. Can I request a specific chocobon flavor that is not listed on the webshop?

While we strive to offer a wide variety of flavors, we may not have every flavor listed on our webshop at all times. If you have a specific flavor request, please reach out to our customer support team on our contact page, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

How are the chocobons packaged?

We take great care in packaging our chocobons to ensure they arrive fresh and intact. Our chocobons are placed in secure packaging, which may include boxes, pouch, or other suitable packaging + a reusable cold pack depending on the order size and type.

Do you offer gluten-free or allergen-free chocobons?

No unfortunately, we are currently in the process of testing the gluten-free chocobon. Our chocobons are crafted using ingredients sourced from facilities where cross-contamination with certain allergens is possible. Due to this, unfortunately, we cannot claim our chocobons to be allergen-free. Discover more about the ingredients we use by visiting our ingredient page.

How long do the chocobons stay fresh?

Our chocobons are freshly made with high-quality ingredients. To ensure the best taste and texture, we recommend consuming them within 1-2 days of delivery outside of the refrigerator or fridge. For longer storage, you can freeze the chocobons in an airtight container or zip lock bag or our own pouch bag for up to 2 weeks.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

What is your return policy?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there is a quality issue with your order. If you encounter any issues with your chocobons, such as damage or incorrect items, please contact our customer service teamon our contact page within 24 hours of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we only offer shipping within NL/BE. We do not offer international shipping.

Can I request a specific delivery date?

While we strive to deliver your chocobons as quickly as possible, we currently do not offer the option to request a specific delivery date. However, you can specify a preferred delivery date in the "Order Notes" section during checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate it based on our shipping schedule.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, it cannot be changed or canceled. We begin processing orders immediately to ensure the freshness and timely delivery of our products. Please review your order carefully before completing the checkout process.

Are your chocobons suitable for special dietary needs?

We offer a variety of chocobons to cater to different dietary needs. Look for labels such as "Vegan," "Gluten-Free," or "Nut-Free" on the product page to identify chocobons that meet specific dietary requirements. However, please note that while we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, our chocobons are prepared in a facility that handles various ingredients, including allergens.

Can I place a bulk or corporate order?

Yes, we welcome bulk and corporate orders. If you are interested in placing a large order for events, corporate gifting, or other special occasions, please fill in the 'customize your chocobon' form on our product page.

Do you offer local pickup?

At this time, we do not offer local pickup. All orders are shipped directly to the provided shipping address. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We currently do not offer sample packs. However, we have a wide selection of chocobons available for purchase, allowing you to try different flavors and types.

Are your chocobons made with organic ingredients?

While we strive to use high-quality ingredients in our chocobons, including organic options when available, not all of our ingredients are certified organic. Please refer to the product descriptions for specific information on the ingredients used in each chocobon.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Once your order has been processed, you can expect delivery within 1-2 business days for standard shipping and next day delivery for expedited shipping. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are subject to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions and shipping carrier delays.

Can I include a gift message with my order?

Yes, please checkout our product page, you will have the option to include a gift message. Simply enter your personalized message in the designated field, and we will include it with the order.

Currently, our webshop only allows for shipping to a single address per order. If you wish to send chocobons as gifts to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each shipping address.

What if my chocobons arrive damaged or in poor condition?

We take great care in packaging our chocobons to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, if your chocobons arrive damaged or in poor condition, please contact our customer support team on our contact page. We may request photos of the damaged items to assist with the resolution process.
