Rental Supplies Policy

 

Thank you for choosing Soul ardour as your rental supplies provider. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for renting our supplies. By renting our supplies, you agree to comply with the following:

 

1. Rental Period:

   a. The rental period begins on the agreed start date and ends on the agreed return date.

   b. The rental period includes both the days the supplies are in use and any additional days for setup and teardown.

 

2. Reservation and Payment:

   a. To reserve rental supplies, a non-refundable deposit or full payment may be required.

   b. Full payment for the rental supplies is due prior to or upon pickup/delivery.

   c. We accept payment methods such as cash, credit cards, or electronic transfers. Details will be provided during the reservation process.

 

3. Rental Condition:

   a. Our rental supplies are expected to be returned in the same condition as they were received.

   b. A security deposit may be required, which will be refunded upon the return of the supplies in satisfactory condition.

   c. The customer is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the rental supplies during the rental period.

   d. Any necessary repairs or replacements will be deducted from the security deposit or charged separately.

 

4. Rental Pickup and Return:

   a. The customer is responsible for picking up the rental supplies from our designated location or arranging for delivery and pickup.

   b. Rental supplies must be returned on or before the agreed return date, during our designated business hours.

   c. Late returns may incur additional charges. The charges will be 10% per late hour and will be deducted from the security deposit.

 

5. Cancellations and Changes:

   a. Cancellations made 48h. time frame in advanced of the agreed start date, will be free. Cancellations made within the 48h. time frame, incur a cancellation fee. The fee contains the full deposit which will be retained.

   b. Changes to the rental period, quantity, or other details should be communicated as early as possible, subject to availability and any necessary adjustments in pricing.

 

6. Usage and Liability:

   a. The customer is responsible for the proper usage of the rental supplies and ensuring they are used in accordance with any safety guidelines provided.

   b. The customer assumes all liability for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the rental period, to themselves, their guests, or their property.

 

7. Insurance:

   a. It is recommended that the customer obtains appropriate insurance coverage to protect against any unforeseen incidents or damages during the rental period.

 

8. Cleaning and Maintenance:

   a. The customer is responsible for returning the rental supplies in a clean and presentable condition.

   b. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the supplies require excessive cleaning upon return.

 

9. Termination:

   a. Either party has the right to terminate the rental agreement if there are substantial breaches of the agreed-upon terms or if the rental supplies are not used as intended.

   b. Termination should be communicated in writing, outlining the reasons and any necessary actions.

10. Reservations and Availability:

   a. Reservations are recommended to ensure availability of the desired rental supplies.

   b. The availability of rental supplies is subject to inventory levels and may require advanced booking during peak seasons or high-demand periods.

 

11. Delivery:

   a. We offer delivery services for rental supplies at an additional cost.

   b. Delivery fees may vary based on the distance, location, and size of the order.

 

12. Setup and Installation:

   a. If setup or installation is required for the rental supplies, it should be communicated during the reservation process.

   b. Additional fees may apply for setup and installation services.

 

13. Substitutions and Changes:

   a. In the event that a specific rental supply becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to provide a suitable substitute of equal or greater value.

   b. Any changes or substitutions to the rental supplies should be communicated and agreed upon by both parties in advance.

 

14. Use Restrictions:

   a. The rental supplies are intended for the agreed-upon purpose and should not be used for any other purpose without prior consent.

   b. The customer should not make any alterations, modifications, or repairs to the rental supplies without our written permission.

 

15. Force Majeure:

   a. We shall not be held liable for any delays, non-performance, or damages resulting from circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.

 

16. Dispute Resolution:

   a. Any disputes arising from the rental agreement shall be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, through legal channels in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction.

 

17. Privacy and Data Protection:

   a. We respect the privacy of our customers. Any personal information collected during the rental process will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.

 

18. Feedback and Reviews:

   a. We value your feedback and encourage you to share your experience with our rental supplies.

   b. Reviews and testimonials provided by customers may be used for marketing and promotional purposes.
